MX2022 Keynotes Confirmed
The Manufacturers’ Association has announced the featured Keynote Speakers at the MX2022 Manufacturers Expo to be held on November 8 at Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Lancaster County.
The only event of its kind in the region specifically for manufacturing, will connect and network manufacturers to help build their supply chain, develop business opportunities, and find new customers.
Jake Hall, nationally known as “The Manufacturing Millennial” will the morning keynote speaker at MX2022 with a talk titled Leveraging New Tech and Automation: Creating a Culture to Attract the Future Workforce. Through his conversations, presentations and his frequent online manufacturing videos, Jake Hall has been doing his part to highlight the excitement behind automation and high-tech manufacturing. With a background of 10+ years in automation and manufacturing, Jake has learned about the importance of communicating about advanced manufacturing, product solutions, and emerging technology.
He will be sharing his years of work with small manufacturers though Fortune 100 companies on how to create awareness around automation and modernization, what to invest in with skilled trades, and how to attract the next generation through mentoring.

His national efforts to support careers empowers communities to tackle workforce development, inspire students, reach parents, and build relationships between local companies, schools, and families.
