Cisco-Eagle Names Gauger President

Bryan Gauger will become president of Cisco-Eagle on January 1, 2023, according to CEO and chairman, Darein Gandall.

Gauger was previously vice president of systems integration, where he was instrumental in Cisco-Eagle’s growth and reach into automated projects and large-scale material handling systems. He joined the company in 1996.

During his career, Gauger has managed many large and complex projects for customers across the United States. Gauger is Cisco-Eagle’s representative for CEMA, the Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association.

“Bryan is a rock,” Gandall said. “He’s the epitome of a great employee-owner. He’s the kind of person everyone counts on. Because he’s a coach by nature, he’s developed a great systems integration team. He’ll do the same as our new president with all our employee-owners.”

Gandall remains with Cisco-Eagle but has shifted his focus toward the company’s strategic vision, particularly toward growth.

He will shift to the role of CEO and chairman of the board as Gauger moves into the president role.

Bryan Gauger will become president of Cisco-Eagle on January 1.

“My focus will be directed toward continuing to grow Cisco-Eagle, both within our current footprint and into new markets. Bryan accepting the job of president lets me focus on strategy and growth.”

“I’m grateful and humbled,” Gauger said.

“We have built a strong company with over 140 dedicated employee-owners who I believe are the best in the industry at delivering solutions for our customers. As we move into the next decade, I believe that we will grow and thrive even more.”
