Goldenrod Celebrates 30 Years

Goldenrod Corporation marks 30 years in the converting and printing industry next month (April).

Al Pretto introduced Goldenrod Corporation to the converting and printing industry in April 1986. Beginning as a sales office for shaft supplier Svecom PE, Goldenrod soon began its own manufacturing in Connecticut to service customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Three decades—and two facilities—later the Pretto family continues to provide the industry with premium products and services.

Whether it be differential, carbon fiber, or self-centering shafts and chucks, or balancing, refurbishment, or custom engineering services, Goldenrod has always endeavored to provide clients a superior business experience.

These shafts can be used in light-medium duty unwind and rewind applications.

Since 1986, Goldenrod has been designing and manufacturing differential winding shafts, multiple bladder air shafts, lightweight aluminum and carbon fiber shafts, reel spools, chucks, and safety chucks for the paper, plastics, film, and foil converting industries.
