Caldwell Continues Operations
The Caldwell Group, a Rockford, Illinois-based company that specializes in both standard and custom lifting equipment, is continuing full operations with very little disruption.
The Governor of Illinois has issued an executive order that included a “shelter in place” notice to all residents and for “non-essential” Illinois businesses to close until April 7th. Based on the State of Illinois definition of “essential business”, Caldwell qualifies in that it manufactures products for industries deemed essential by the government.
“Meeting the commitments we’ve already given our customers is still our number one priority,” said Darrin Noe, director of sales at Caldwell.
“As it relates to our sales efforts, our customer service and applications team are equipped to work remotely, resulting in the ability for us to provide you the same high level of customer support you’ve come to expect. Please continue to use the same phone numbers and email addresses for your usual points of contact here at the factory,” he added.
