Wolter Acquires A D Lift Truck

Wolter Group LLC has bought A D Lift Truck, a family-owned and operated forklift and material handling company with over 40 years in the industry. It is Wolter’s 11th acquisition in the last 10 years.

The Missouri-based forklift company serves the St. Louis Metro Area as well as Southern Illinois from its two facilities located in St. Louis and St. Clair.

A D Lift Truck supplies new and used forklifts, material handling equipment, warehouse & safety products, pallet racking, dock equipment, 24/7 equipment servicing, parts, forklift operator training, and more to their wide network of customers.

The acquisition of A D Lift Truck expands Wolter Group’s offering of Kion North America’s Linde and Baoli lines of electric, gas, and LP forklifts.

Furthermore, A D Lift Truck will become a new dealer of Doosan Industrial Vehicle’s line of forklifts and material handling equipment.

The Wolter Group LLC brand was formed in 2011 as a means to unify our growing family of companies rich history under one umbrella, allowing our collective strength to be easily recognizable. This name comes from the Wolter family who founded Wisconsin Lift Truck, a prominent member of the Wolter Group, originating in 1962.
