Hannover Messe USA Opens in Chicago
Hannover Messe USA is off to a successful start at Chicago’s McCormick Place, where the first ever staging of the show takes place 10-15 September.
It is the first time Deutsche Messe has held Hannover Messe outside of Germany. Co-located with the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), Hannover Messe USA offers over 500 exhibitors showcasing the latest solutions in industrial and manufacturing technologies.
The event is divided into four zones: Integrated Automation, Motion & Drives (IAMD) USA; Industrial Supply USA; ComVac USA; and SurfaceTechnology USA.
IAMD USA is presenting the complete spectrum of industrial automation, IT, power transmission, and fluid power technology. Industrial Supply USA covers industrial subcontracting and supply-chain solutions across the entire industrial value chain, as well as lightweight construction and innovative materials. ComVac USA is showcasing compressed air and vacuum technology and cross-over technologies that are energy-efficient and suitable, with a key role to play in the future of industrial processes. SurfaceTechnology USA, meanwhile, focuses on surface treatment and finishing technologies.
Hannover Messe USA is providing a platform for U.S. companies to reach a global audience and see the latest solutions tailored to the needs of the North American market.
