Hytrol’s Peacock Named Arkansas Leader
Hytrol president David Peacock was selected as one of Arkansas’ 250 Most Influential Leaders by Arkansas Business. These leaders are chosen based on their influence to shape the way Arkansans live, learn and do business in the state.
“I am honored to be recognized as one of the 250 Most Influential Leaders in Arkansas. The men and women on this list all exemplify leadership and dedication to their company and Arkansas. More importantly, this is a recognition of the Hytrol team and the incredible work they are doing,” said Peacock.
Peacock, who began his tenure at Hytrol in 2014, has led the company to achieve three consecutive record years. Under his direction, the company has undergone a significant expansion, culminating most recently in the transformation of its Technology Center, and growing the workforce from 800 employees to 1300 in 2019.
“David is an essential member of any list of influential leaders. He shares and applies the business philosophy of our founder, Tom Loberg, who taught us that a successful leader must have an active and positive impact not only within but also beyond the four corners of our company,” said Robert Jones, Chairman of the Hytrol Board of Directors. “David’s leadership has produced record success for our Hytrol Family at all levels with the adoption of new technologies and entries into new markets. He has extended his contributions to our nation, state and city in a variety of roles. The result is a sustainable base for continued prosperity. Hytrol is blessed to have David as our President, and we look forward to continuing to share the benefits of his efforts in the years to come.”
In addition to his duties as president of Hytrol, Peacock is a member of the Arkansas Research Alliance Board of Trustees and serves on the Hytrol Board of Directors. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and received his bachelor’s from The Citadel and a master’s from Webster University.
