Intelligrated to Show Advanced Robotic Integration
Intelligrated will showcase its advanced robotic integration capabilities at PackExpo Las Vegas, which takes place 28-30 September. At booth #3036 in the central hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, Intelligrated will highlight each phase of its robotic integration process.
Intelligrated provides solution development based on a customers’ unique application challenges. After establishing a solution concept, the project undergoes systems engineering to solidify technical details and establish an execution plan.
The company designs and builds custom robotic end-of-arm tooling and manufactures auxiliary equipment such as conveyor, sortation, and automated storage and retrieval systems to further augment robotic solutions.
Intelligrated also manages installation and commissioning, dispatching trained personnel to oversee set up onsite. Following the initial project, the company provides aftermarket support through its lifecycle support services group to maximize return on system investments, including maintenance, modifications and upgrades.
“The combination of material handling knowledge and robotics expertise makes Intelligrated an ideal partner for any company looking to improve processes with robotics,” said Earl Wohlrab, palletizing and robotic systems manager. “PackExpo provides show attendees a great opportunity to learn about the full extent of Intelligrated’s robotic capabilities firsthand, by visiting informative exhibits and speaking with accomplished material handling and robotics experts.”
Intelligrated offers complete robotic solutions that work seamlessly with other automated equipment and is recognized as a certified robot integrator by the Robotic Industries Association. Systems come with integrated software and controls, such as optional PLC-based solutions for easy training and daily use.
Intelligrated’s end-of-arm tooling offers the flexibility to handle quick product changeovers and is compatible with a choice of robotic arms from multiple manufacturers.
