Intelligrated’s ProMat Showcase Revealed
Intelligrated has unveiled it’s ProMat showcase, ahead of the material handling equipment show that takes place 3-6 April at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
At Booth S2003 in the South Hall, Intelligrated delivers the broadest lineup of sortation solutions in the industry, fulfillment technologies, labor management software and lifecycle support services to help businesses meet demanding service level agreements and efficiently manage growing inventories.
Bomb bay, cross-belt, tilt-tray, sliding shoe, push tray, dual-tray and sweeper sorters highlight Intelligrated’s broad range of industry-leading sortation equipment at the booth, designed to handle the product sizes and packaging types of e-commerce.
The IntelliSort HDS offers an innovative dual-sided design that fits a high density of chutes in minimal floor space, an ideal solution for zone-skipping applications that pre-sort orders according to destination prior to releasing them to parcel carriers.
Booth visitors can also learn how labor management software from Intelligrated Software helps operations meet rising customer service expectations while driving labor savings and ensuring process rigor, both in distribution centers and in stores.
The booth demonstration also features a modular put wall, integrated with xD and xL light fulfillment technologies, offering easy reconfigurability to adapt to changing order profiles due to pressure from flash sales, seasonal changes and SKU proliferation.
Attendees can also learn about Intelligrated’s Momentum WES platform, offering the flexibility and speed necessary to respond to operational demands in real time and drive complex omnichannel and e-commerce fulfillment.
ProMat takes place 3-6 April at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
