Is Your Crane Smart?
Magnetek, a supplier of digital power and motion control systems for the material handling industry, will present Is Your Crane Smart? at the 24th Annual AIST Crane Symposium, organized by the Association for Iron & Steel Technology, being held at The Omni William Penn in Pittsburgh. The presentation will take place on Monday, June 12, 2017, at 3:00pm Eastern Daylight Time.
The presentation will explore how today’s wireless and diagnostic smart technology can be integrated with cranes to provide instantaneous, detailed information about a crane’s performance, allowing operators to diagnose and troubleshoot from onboard the crane or from a remote location. Magnetek Senior Systems Sales Applications Specialist, Pat Buehler, and Controls Product Development Manager, Casey Cummins, will present the information and answer attendees’ questions.
The 24th Annual AIST Crane Symposium is being held June 11-13, 2017, at The Omni William Penn in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. AIST is an international technical association of more than 17,500 professional and student members, representing iron and steel producers, their allied suppliers and related academia. The association is dedicated to advancing the technical development, production, processing and application of iron and steel.
