Kardex Remstar to Show Sort2ship System at ProMat

Automated storage and retrieval solutions supplier Kardex Remstar will exhibit its compact conveying and automatic load handling system Sort2ship at ProMat, which takes place 23-26 March at Chicago’s McCormick Place.

Utilizing Sort2ship for buffering and sequencing, order lines from various storage systems, including storage lifts, vertical carousels and static shelving, are grouped together in a compact solution.

On demand, the containers can be sequenced according to customer specific shipping options and automatically retrieved for packaging or sent directly to shipping.

Sort2ship enables distribution centers and e-commerce suppliers with several thousand order lines per day to significantly increase their order picking productivity.
