Melanie Arnio named HR, Health & Safety Manager at G.W. Becker Inc.

G.W. Becker Inc., a custom design manufacturer of overhead cranes in North America, has promoted Melanie Arnio to the role of HR, Health & Safety Manager. After working in HR for 5 years, Ms. Arnio is ready to take on the challenges and opportunities of becoming HR, Health and Safety Manager.

With experience as an HR Generalist in manufacturing, Ms. Arnio will complement G.W. Becker’s existing safety team by leading efforts to establish a culture of safety throughout the entire company and ensure that it complies with all required health and safety standards.

She is looking forward to making changes and implementing new procedures to keep all employees safe. “I am looking forward to the opportunity to develop, promote and encourage continuous feedback in regards to safety topics and/or concerns which will contribute to the overall success of the company,” states Ms. Arnio.

Ms. Arnio will work closely with all departments to consistently address and promote health, HR and safety measures to all employees.

Melanie Arnio has been promoted into the role of HR, Health & Safety Manager at G.W. Becker.

Ms. Arnio’s primary role is to investigate and prevent accidents and injuries, test for environmental hazards, verify need of safety equipment, supply and maintain all personal protective equipment, maintain all records and documentation, and complete all safety forms and OSHA 300 logs.
