MHI COO Leaves to Join Member Company Seizmic as President
Jeff Woroniecki, MHI chief operating officer, has accepted the position of president of MHI member company Seizmic Inc. in Covina, California.
In his role at MHI, Woroniecki oversaw the overall operations of MHI including event sales and production, information technology, marketing and membership.
He joined MHI in January 2012 as executive vice president of business development and operations and was named chief operating officer in 2014. He has over 25 years of material handling industry experience including previous roles at MHI member companies UNARCO Material Handling and Interlake Mecalux.
“Jeff’s dedication and expertise have been tremendous assets to MHI as we advanced our efforts to increase member value and awareness of the solutions this industry offers to the manufacturing and supply chain user community,” said George Prest, MHI CEO.
“While we will miss him running the daily operations at MHI, we are thrilled that he has been given this tremendous opportunity at one of our member companies. On behalf of the board, I offer my most sincere congratulations,” he added.
MHI is beginning the strategic process for filling the operations role at MHI. “In the interim, our outstanding team is committed to delivering on the initiatives of the organization,” said Prest.
