Strong leaders in your organization can make or break talent retention. With 50 percent of employees leaving their job because of their manager, strong leadership can make or break talent retention.

Through the program, new leaders will have the opportunity to connect with industry peers and leaders, gain a broader perspective of the supply chain and material handling industry, and grow their leadership skills and expertise.

The 14 week-long cohort program starts on March 2, 2023 and combines tools, assessments, live virtual cohort learning, online courses, one-on-one coaching, peer mentoring, and senior industry leader connections.

MHI members include material handling, logistics and supply chain equipment and systems manufacturers, integrators, consultants, publishers, and third-party logistics providers.

The program features curriculum on emotional intelligence, decision making, communication styles, art of negotiations, influencing strategies and more.
