Mujin at ProMat

Mujin, a provider of intelligent robotics, is set to redefine warehouse automation at ProMat 2025, from March 17-20 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

Visitors to Booth #N6733 will get a hands-on experience with MujinOS, the groundbreaking platform that drives Mujin’s intelligent robotics and automation systems.

Mujin at ProMat: A Must-See Exhibit

At Booth #N6733, Mujin will demonstrate a comprehensive suite of case handling applications including:

  • Robotic Case Picking: Order fulfillment automation that is flexible and adaptable to work with a variety of pallet and case handling technologies including robot arms, mobile robots, and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS)
  • Case and Pallet Storage and Retrieval Systems: Autonomous pallet put away and retrieval
  • MujinFleet: Coordinated movements for a variety of vehicle types and mixed workflows showcasing true interoperability.
  • Robotics Picking and Palletizing: Case Picking, Palletizing, and Depalletizing systems that feature multi-picking capabilities and are powered by MujinMI

These demonstrations will highlight how MujinOS serves as the sole platform for configuration, execution, and operation for any warehouse automation system, powering full-scale warehouse operations, orchestrating a range of complex tasks to maximize efficiency, precision, and flexibility. MujinOS integrates motion planning, perception, and control, providing unmatched accuracy, uptime, and deployment speed for robotic systems.

Introducing MujinFleet

Expanding beyond articulated robot arms, MujinFleet will make its debut at ProMat 2025.

This application of MujinOS allows users to setup and configure a variety of mobile robot form factors for any material handling solution. The application works seamlessly across multiple AMR and AGV hardware providers and allows those vehicles to operate within one environment. Leveraging multi-agent path planning, MujinFleet manages the movements and interactions of the overall system autonomously, allowing the users to quickly deploy and operate their fleet of vehicles.

Exclusive MujinOS Guided Demos

Attendees can experience MujinOS in action through three guided demonstrations in the MujinOS Experience Center:

  • MujinFleet: Discover how quick and easy it can be to build an environment for mobile robots.
  • Warehouse Execution: Learn how MujinOS bridges automation and warehouse management systems (WMS) for streamlined operations.
  • Robotic Palletizing: Configure a palletizing system from scratch with an intuitive, no-code interface.

These hands-on experiences allow visitors to interact with MujinOS and explore its capabilities in real-time. Visitors to the show can schedule a guided tour in advance here.

Presentation: “Your Warehouse is Digital—But Is It Real-Time?”

Mujin’s CEO Ross Diankov will deliver a presentation titled “Your Warehouse is Digital—But Is It Real-Time?” on Wednesday, March 19, from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at Supply Chain Technology Theater 1. Ross will explore the divide between digital warehouse technology and real-time operational visibility, offering insights into how a real-time digital twin can bridge this gap to deliver actionable insights and drive smarter automation decisions.

MujinOS Powers Yaskawa’s Mixed Palletizing & Depalletizing Demo

In addition to Mujin‘s own exhibit, MujinOS will be showcased in Yaskawa’s booth (#N-8150), coordinating a high-performance palletizing robot that picks and packs mixed SKU cases between shipper carts and a pallet. This collaboration demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability that MujinMI provides for industrial robotics applications within material handling.
