Orbis Corp Makes Top Workplace List Again

Orbis Corporation, a driver of supply chain efficiency, has once again been selected as one of The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces. The Oconomowoc headquarters was named Number 17 among mid-sized companies (150-499 employees) in the five-county area around Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Additionally, Orbis received a special award based on “Ethics” recognizing how Orbis operates with strong values and ethics. This special award was given only to Orbis out of all 150 recognized companies. This recognition is based upon the standout scores and specific survey statements that were made by its employees.

Orbis employs nearly 200 people at its Oconomowoc, Wis. headquarters. Overall, the company has approximately 1,800 employees in 40 locations across North America, Europe and Asia.

The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. In 2015, Top Workplaces surveyed 250 companies and more than 67,000 employees in Southeastern Wisconsin.
