‘Russell-Kroese Partners helps companies of all sizes and value propositions realize the full potential of their business by understanding what actions are required for the optimal end states’ — Rob Russell
“Russell-Kroese Partners helps companies of all sizes and value propositions realize the full potential of their business by understanding what actions are required for the optimal end states. We have excelled in the logistics world for decades and together, leverage that experience for the benefit of clients,” said Rob Russell, RKP managing partner.
The launch of Russell-Kroese Partners comes at a time of increasing uncertainty in the rail, logistics and real estate industries. High interest rates reduce the viability of certain projects, while continued demand for onshoring in the industrial sector puts increased pressure on land development. Meanwhile there is also a strong drive for logistics sustainability. Coincident with these trends is the fact there are fewer and fewer professionals to assist rail users. RKP bridges that gap.

Throughout her 27-year career in logistics as an executive in both rail and truck companies, Shawntell Kroese has managed all rail and truck commodities.
“It’s critical for us as a team to continuously deliver value to our clients by providing strategies and implementation support that balances the business requirements with the desired outcomes for the communities where they are located. This is the central theme of Russell-Kroese Partners, and is something we have specific expertise in,” said Shawntell Kroese, RKP managing partner.
Russell-Kroese Partners is being launched by two of the rail and logistics industry’s leading experts in transportation network development. Russell is a seasoned transportation expert with more than 23 years of executive logistics experience at OmniTRAX, Progressive Rail and Union Pacific Railroad, where he was responsible for commercial strategy, business strategy, rail switching, industrial development, intermodal, transload, M&A, rail financial analysis and industrial park and port development.
