Specialty School Established in Houston for Crane Operators and Riggers

In response to the shortage of skilled labor and the demand for highly trained and certified crane operators and riggers, Houston-based Crane Inspection & Certification Bureau has opened a Career School in Houston to provide training to individuals for employment in the crane and lifting industry.

Uniquely position in the economic hub of Houston, CICB has established a career school to train individuals as crane operators and riggers in the Houston area. The school, which is approved and regulated by Texas Workforce Commission Career Schools & Colleges, is an ambitious initiative, designed to address the demand from the construction, oil and gas, chemical, aerospace and manufacturing industries for professionally trained workers.

CICB, one of Houston’s oldest training companies, has been upgrading the existing skills and education of crane and rigging personnel from various industries throughout Texas, the United States and much of the world with distinction for decades. Now, with Texas’ approval as a school in Houston, CICB will build extensively on this legacy through expanded educational programs to train individuals entering the field of crane and rigging operations.
