Steel King Appoints Kutumbale

Steel King Industries, a manufacturer of storage rack and material handling products, has named Amit Kutumbale director of engineering.

Amit Kutumbale will lead Steel King’s strategic engineering initiatives.

Kutumbale will lead Steel King’s strategic engineering initiatives and build an engineering team to position Steel King into the next decade.

Kutumbale will be based out of Steel King’s corporate headquarters in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and will be part of the company’s leadership team, reporting directly to the president.

Kutumbale received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in India and a Master’s in Science in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

He brings over a decade of structural engineering and manufacturing experience in the steel industry, including design and supply of critical steel for major infrastructure projects. Kutumbale has a P.E. (Structural) license in several states with plans of adding additional state stamps in the future.
