TVH’s Diaz to Retire, Walker Steps Up

TVH Americas is making changes to the customer service and sales teams in the USA.

• Ryan Walker will be promoted to director of sales and services for the USA.
• Cathy Diaz will retire from her role as sales director USA in December 2023, when she will leave her customers to Walker.

Diaz began her career with System Material Handling Inc. (SMH) in 1984.

Her wealth of experience and knowledge proved vital during the acquisition of SMH by TVH in 2003. In 2006, Diaz played an integral role in the IMC Holdings (Intrupa and LPM) acquisition.

Walker, director of technical service, has been in the industry for 34 years. Starting his career at Intrupa he was responsible for several teams including customer service, technical support, quality and sales.

TVH is a supplier of spare parts for material handling, industrial vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment.

Walker worked with Diaz to smoothly integrate the two companies and will pair up again to manage our service departments in the USA.

• With a combined 75 years of industry experience, the duo will work diligently to keep customers at the heart of the organization.
